📏 Occidental Leather Tool Belt Size Guide
⚠️ Do not use your pants waist size! Measure your belt as instructed below.
- The best way to get the right size is to measure the Tool Belt you currently wear exactly where you wear it and with the work clothes you normally wear.
- Put the belt on where you would normally wear your tool belt and over your normal work clothes. Note which hole you use to fasten the belt.
- Take the belt off, lay it flat and measure from the end of the buckle to the hole you used. That measurement is your belt size. Compare it to our size chart below.

| SIZE | Your Belt Size - Midpoint |
|---|---|
| Small | 34" (86.5 cm) |
| Medium | 37" (94 cm) |
| Large | 41" (104.5 cm) |
| X-Large | 45" (114.5 cm) |
| XX-Large | 49" (124.5 cm) |
| XXX-Large | 53" (135 cm) |
💡 Tips:
- If you don’t have a tool belt, borrow one from a coworker (or use a cloth tape measure).
- If you're between sizes, size up for the best fit.
- Our belts are designed to buckle at the midpoint hole, allowing 4" of adjustment in either direction.
